Whats the name of the program that linus always has running in his monitor reviews, its like this floating city thing with a boat. and I think other times its like a forest or something.

The benchmark you're talking about is the Unigine Valley benchmark.

 

You can get an overlay for CPU temps and whatnot through EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner, stuff like that.

That's Unigine Engine, not Unreal Engine.

That's Unigine, not Unreal Engine.
