i think you should just sell it and buy lga 1150 instead

its a sabertooth x58 its still worth a decent chunk of money cause its an asus board and not an entry level board at that, also x58 is just not efficient at all you wouldnt wanna turn the thing into a nas cause it will consume a ton of power compared to the aformentioned lga 1150

if you wanna go ahead anyways its just a display adapter card right? if so any gpu will work from lowend hd3400s or nvs300s even gt 210/710 and whatnot, basically any lowend display adapter card you can find <10$ or outright free if someones throwing em away

board can give less of a shit what gpu you use with it as long as it will slot into the board, i mean i run my p6x58de with a 9500gt and my x58a ud3r with a gts 250, both working just fine and the cards are doing their jobs as display adapters since that p6x58de is just folding and the x58a ud3r is mostly spending time in bios or stresstesting with prime95 when im toying around with ddr3 2700+ ocs hence no need for a powerful gpu

Thank you this helps a lot it won't be on constantly and I've already sunk alot of money into the bord so it would be impractical to buy/sell but Thanks for the recommendation I might do that in the future.

i mean you might be able to resell it at the price you bought it at unless you bought the thing years ago when they were more expensive compared to now  where theres currently someone selling an ex58 extreme with a 920 for 27$ and even p6x58de are more like 31$ nowadays atleast here in indo not that id buy an asus board for oc due to garbage mem oc capabilities (good luck trying to get 2700+ triple channel and ~3000 dual channel stable on one of those)

also used 1150 should be pretty cheap, not like those didnt depreciate either
