Just asking is I5 4460 still cool for this?

Just sold Fury X got the money back and now it's time to get my GTX980ti back from the guy that i sold it to..

 

Would i be fine with I5 4460 and GTX980ti on 1440p? or i need something like I7 or? 

I only shop from amazon.co.uk and item must be sold by amazon

4460 will be fine.

For the most part, yeah.  But you will see a small improvement in games if you upgrade,  and I'd recommend upgrading before you go SLI or upgrading the 980ti to something more powerful in the future.

simple GTX980ti was too big to fit in my case and needed better PSU :P
