It means that the store has it in one of their warehouses and that the product will probably start shipping to you in 4 to 7 business days. Business days are monday through friday (not including any federal holidays that may apply to your country)

It means that it's in stock but may not be shipped immediately, it will likely take 4-7 days to start shipping.

Depends on the company, but usually it means that they have the item available at their warehouse/in-store, and that they will ship out the product within 4-7 business days, with business days meaning Monday-Friday.

4-7 days before your order leaves their building, plus however long the shipping company takes on top of that.  So...a pretty long wait.
