What PSU should I get?

I didn't want to bring chilean peso budget into this conversation, but since you ask for it, let's say I have about 40.000 to 60.000 pesos to spend, that's why I asked for advice on that very first page specifically. Is any of those good enough?

I mean, I guess the EVGA 500B is good enough? It's not an amazing PSU but I guess it'll do.

Hi guys. I want to buy a new power supply because the one I'm using is really old and it makes a constant high pitched noise (what seems to be coil whine). It also is really sensible to voltage changes, so when I happen to plug or unplug something on the same power strip or on a power outlet nearby, the USB ports go crazy (I can tell because it makes the plug and unplug USB noise repeatedly). I'm not a hardcore gamer and my current setup surely isn't made for it, a 500-600w PSU would be alright I think, the problem is that I live in Chile and everything you will see on the next link is what is on my reach.

http://ow.ly/Y6ucv  -> Don't be afraid if everything is in spanish, I just want you to see the products that are available to me.

So, do you recommend any of those? I'm kinda on a tight budget right now, but I'd like to get something with at least 80Plus certification. I don't mind waiting a little more to get some money, but if I can get something on the cheap that would be great xD

My vote is actually the EVGA 750 B2. It's going to be overkill in terms of wattage but is a well rated unit that has bronze efficiency and is semi-modular. If you look at JohnnyGuru's review he praises it quite a bit. I am using one in a friend's build and I can confirm it is barely audible at all.

What are you powering?

For now the EVGA 750W B2 seems to be the best bet.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

- CPU: Core i7-3770 (3.40GHz)

- MB: Asus P8Z77-M PRO

- RAM: Kingston HyperX 8Gb (1600mhz)

- GPU: Zotac Geforce GTX 650 (AMP! Edition)

2 hard drives and no watercooling.

Also, that EVGA 750W B2 seems to be quite expensive over here :S

Herm... well the 650s were a little bit hotter than the modern 950 so I would recommend saving up to get a nice PSU. There really aren't too many good options there. Can you afford the Corsair CS?

Well, maybe I didn't explain myself enough. Is there (in that specific link I posted) a reliable PSU that I could afford?

I don't want to sound rude or anything, but here in Chile computer parts are just stupid expensive :/

Well, what do you mean by "can I afford?" You didn't specify a budget and I've recommended two PSUs and haven't gotten a lot of feedback about the pricing of either.
