New build - Old Drives?

Perhaps yeah but that depends on the game^^

Steam works fine you only have to import the old folder. Newer games with copyright protection could be a bigger problem. Older games normally work fine ( I have some on my nas and everybody can play them)
You could even try to put your old Windows HDD in the New PC, it should boot but you have to remove the old drivers and so it's better to just make a fresh install
