You should get a super small factor all in one/barebones.

http://www.amazon.com/SHUTTLE-DS81-LGA1150-USB3-0-Barebone/dp/B00IXFFD4W

You need a CPU, RAM, and HDD but that's not bad.

You could get a G3258 for the CPU, or even something cheaper

But you need a 2.5in HDD

EDIT: Whoops, didn't notice you wanted to game. I guess a small form factor barebones is out of the question. But you can get a low profile case and a low profile 750ti

True, but this case will fit perfectly, and is light enough for me to carry from my house to my car, then from my car too wherever, and a 380 is going to do much better when it comes to raw gaming performance surely?

Oh yeah the 380 will smoke the 750ti, but the 750ti is one of the few cards you can get in a single slot, low profile config.

I throw away a lot of these work PCs at my job, and I just think about how cool these small, work PCs would be cool if you just slapped a GPU in there.

i can see what you mean, but its not for me at least all about the form factor, i want it to kick ass at triple a games, and if i have a friend over i can plug it into one of my pc monitors and then you can play together

waaay to many Watts on that PSU for that PC, go with 450-500W max

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

Have you heard of that GTX 950 feature where you can stream the game to a friend and they can not only watch but also play?

I have been waiting to get another PC in my house to test this out.

That would be an interesting way to do it, but would be more limited than two builds.
