Miraak's dragon won't show up in dragon born DLC

I bought all the DLC to skyrim about a month ago and started to play the dragonborn one. I am on the last quest in the main storyline and Miraak's dragon Sahrotaar won't show up when I read the word wall and beat the seekers. Can anybody tell me what is wrong, and if and how I can fix it. Thanks in advance.

lessen the power on your weapons

if you kill the seekers too fast the game glitches

same goes for when fighting dragons

i dunno

i was high enough level i put on a steel sword and hacked at em for a few minutes

and i KNOW you have mods, so check those first

you got me. I only have audio mods though. Its an old spice whistle when you sneak attack. lol

I tried using an iron sword to kill the seekers and I turned off all of the other unofficial mods (official being dawngard, hearthfire, etc.) and it still didnt work. any ideas
