Looking for suggestions for a 1500$ Gaming pc with a case that is good for custom water cooling loop and also in the price include Key bored and Mouse and Monitor and I'll probably just buy a windows key on windows swap or something like that

Budget doesn't include water cooling loop

Just get it for free if you're going to buy something from the grey market

otherwise, what are you doing with it?

Did you want an ITX system?

It's really not worth worrying about a custom loop until your budget is much higher

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I will just be gaming on it and Yes i want an itx system and Ik i plan to get the computer

Well there's my suggestion anyways, Should invest in a decent 4k display so you never have to buy another display again, it's better to buy a 4k display with a mid range GPU than a 1080p display with a high end GPU, as GPU prices fall faster than 4k display prices, this one is IPS with free-sync, although a 32" or higher display is better for productivity, you could also get a 1440p 144hz IPS free-sync display at around the same price

and if you must do a custom loop, and you want ITX, then you'd want the new define nano, but you should really save up and put much better hardware in the system, without compromising on a low end 1080p display

Maybe wait for the Fury X2, it'll be the fastest dual slot card for probably a while when it comes out

of course an ITX case with proper water cooling support is going to be almost as big as some micro ATX cases so, it's worth is in question.

Also you'd want a fully modular PSU, but that would add even more cost
