Best GPU possible

whats the best gpu my friend can put in this system without making a bottleneck? and what kind of psu can he put in? i dont know much about cpus..

The CPU and RAM are going to bottleneck pretty bad here. For a current gen card, maybe a 370.

It's a Pentium G3220 CPU. I guess GTX750Ti or GTX950 will fit the bill.
