hi guys IAM planing to build an rendering powerful pc DOSE IT WORTH to buy e7-4860 v2 LGA-2011.

btw: cpu price 250$

This is quiet fine but what of the GPU? Maybe that could do with an upgrade.

Gpu is

1-buy an r9 280x for 150$

2-IHAVE an gtx 980ti in my gaming system maybe plug it off from my gaming PC and but it in thes pc.

You still haven't said what GPU you have now in the rendering PC, if it is a 760 or higher then you should be good. Since you have a 980ti in the gaming PC then i would wait on Pascal and then get a Pascal for the gaming PC and move the 980ti to the rendering PC.
