I vote gigabyte, don't need overclocking features with that CPU. Should be just fine.

gives you more native usb 3.0, more native sata ports and stuff like that.

They're basically the same board. One is atx (more pci slots) the other is matx (only 4 pci slots). Usually matx is fine because most users don't have many add in cards. Either will work on your selected case.
