he can game on aaa games on 1080p 60fps, the ram would allow him to multitask and the processor can handle anything, u can pay a few extra bucks to get the 6600k, I put the evo in there since there is a bios that he can download to overclock the 6600, if there's anything specific that u need say it and I know I went over the budget but that's because of the CPU cooler if he doesn't want to overclock then u can I remove it but I recommend u don't

1080p 60fps with 750 Ti? Are you sure? No/

AsRock is removing the OC feature. I read it somewhere recently if you do a BIOS update after the OC BIOS update. I think the OC feature will stay there if you don't perform BIOS update.

750Ti - 4GB is worthless. It doesn't have enough horsepower to push the framerates to the pixels.

I saw the benchmarks on fallout 4 and the average was 50fps and fallout is not an eassy game to handle, that's saying he doesn't overclock the GPU

I can do 60 fps in Fallout 4. But not in high settings. Lower down resolutions and Graphics settings to the low to Medium.

and he didn't say he is going to play the latest games so with games like CSGO this GPU is going to be great, btw I put a 550w power supply so that he can upgrade in the future, the LGA1151 socket is new so I'm sure they're going to release new CPUs on it, I'm not saying this build is going to last for years maybe 2 or 3 depends on what he does with it, but at least when he wants to upgrade he'll just have to upgrade the CPU and the GPU

The benchmarks I say had high settings 1080p with avg 50 max 60 min 40, but I don't think it can handle very high settings, and it wasn't oc so maybe if he oc it will handle ultra settings just maybe

Do you think, this statement is valid with the GPU you suggested?

Yes, I didn't say he is going to play on max setting but high setting however with CSGO he can max it out np that's what I meant, I'm not saying he can only play CSGO
