mini itx upgrade

Hello fresh eye of the internet I am trying to upgrade my computer to make it so i can travel with it with ease i video edit and game idealy this would be like a cpu upgrade with new case and mobo (I'm thinking of using the fractal define nano s when that comes out sometime next month i believe.)

 

my current pc specs: 

intel i5 2400

random intel p67 lga 1155 mobo

8gb ddr3 1333mhz value ram

gtx 960 4gb oc msi

corsair rm 550

random hard drives

What budget what country? The nano S isn't very compact
