I'll say again.. you won't beat an e5 2670 8 core 16 thread 2.Ghz-3.3Ghz for $68 and a board for $100-120..

 

Just check out ebay..

and I've been looking seems promising so far just need to find the right mobo and research a bit more

nothing more to be said if you alredy know you really need hyperthreding, the e5 2670 is the way to go if youre on a <500$ budget. 

theres nothing else on the market for that price, its simply the best. theres no one telling you otherwise because its not possible to beat it
