Go to solution Solved by Fassive,

global means that any steam account in the world can use that key, if you take your steam account to another country and log in there all your games will work

I was wondering if this website's claim is true.

G2A is selling steam CD-Keys and are claiming they are Global.

The reason i am asking this question is because i'm moving i'm a couple of months and i don't want to waste money on games i cannot play after moving.

(Asia-Europe)

Global means exactly what it says. You can use/play it anywhere in the world.

i was wondering: if i activate the game in India will it work in the UK online&offline?

or do i need to change my billing address to one in the UK? (VPN)

Shouldn't matter, as long as it's a global key.
