Is 400W Enough?

I have a stock 400W switching psu. I will be running a mid end AMD A-8, a R9 390, 2 hdds, 1 ssd, and a DVD drive. Is that enough?

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work. 

 

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

 

 

My PC:

CPU: Intel i7 8700k

Motherboard: MSI Z370-A Pro

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V (2x8GB) DDR4-3200

GPU: GTX 1070 Founders Edition (OC'd)

Storage: 2x 2TB Seagate 5400RPM, 128GB ADATA SSD

Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 750w  B2

Cooling: Noctua NH-D15. 3 Intake Fans, 2 Outtake

Case: Fractal Design Define R6

nvm I'm using a A8

No, I wouldn't run it on that and you really should consider a CPU upgrade, since it will bottleneck the GPU.

As for PSU I would recommend something like an EVGA 550W or maybe even some 650W PSU would be good.

As for CPU I would recommend an i5 4460 or higher.

OK I can go to an Intel board but I Can only go to 16gb of ram would that be a limiter?

Nah, 16GB is perfectly fine for gaming and stuff.

even 8GB would be good still, 16GB gives you more headroom for multitasking

Ok well I got a intel i7 laying around and I will be hoping to switch that with my current i5 in my other mobo put my other mobo Is dead so I will need to use my warranty on it

Could I switch out  2 mobos and not have any issues. I imaging I could because my gaming rigs mobo fried so I put all my hdds in a different pc and it worked

I am not 100% sure, I have heard people say it both ways. Have heard people say they have switched around chipset and it worked, have heard people say they switched socket all together and it worked, but also have heard otherwise.
