Budget?

I'd say CPU/Mobo/GPU could all go, though.

I'd vote cpu/moba, since upgrading the gpu wouldn't benefit much if you CPU is out dated, you could go haswell and keep the ram or save up more money and completely revamp the system with the new hardware coming out.

The real question here is budget. If you can give us a budget, it would help so much.

Also wouldnt be bad to know the PSU to be sure its not a bad one. But I would say CPU/MOBO if you have a limited budget. Stick with Haswell so you can use DDR3. i5-4690(k if you want to OC) wouldnt be to bad.

Intel Core i7-6700k | 2 X Gigabyte 4GB GTX 970 Overclocked Edition | 16GB (4X4GB) DDR4 2133MHz Corsair Dominator Platinum | MasterCase Pro 5

ASUS Z170 Deluxe Motherboard | 256GB Samsung 840 Pro + Seagate 2TB Storage | Corsair Hydro H80i GT | Windows 10 Pro 64bit | Corsair HX850i

6600k+Z170 board + GTX980/R9 390X?

A cheaper option is the 6400+H170 board + 380x?
