Cannot Exit Red Alert 2 at all

I tried to quit the game, but when i hit exit i get nothing on screen, if i pres ESC it dumps me on the desktop with the game minimized so i opened task manager and tried to end the process, it goes from task manager but still fucking runs, WTF is this shit?

Wow...

 

Had to go into resource monitor to find it's proper EXE, according to Windows it is game.exe which does not show up under the normal task manager....
