SSD reading as RAW

Hi can somebody guide me on what to do, my Kingston 120gb SSD just converted to RAW format and I have no idea why and know I can't access the drive

You will need to go into Disk Management within Windows and partition > Format the drive.

Tried that my friend, it's saying can't complete the Format, The Drive and the partitions are all healthy I just can't access them

Were you doing command line in WIndows or booting into command line?  There is a big difference.

In Windows not too sure how to do command line in booting, never really tried it

How are you connecting the SSD? Directly to the motherboard? Through a USB adapter?
