upgrade Hello, Upgrade help please

Hello I know some things about computers, not a lot but enough to get by. Could someone offer some advice how to to upgrade my system. I currently use steam to stream my games from my desktop to my surface pro 4 i7 , connecting through a  BT power line extender and Ethernet cables,. the reason i stream to my tablet as i am sole carer for my grandfather when not working, so find it easier to play on that. i can save up to buy things i have a budget of around £500

If your mainly gaming, spend less money on the processor and more on the GPU

I Recommend a 4460 and a 380+

If it's for gaming, get a better graphics card, for $500, something like a 980 Windforce

Thanks for the quick reply, I currently getting 40- 50 frames per second highest quality everything on rainbow 6 siege p, how much better roughly would the 980 wind force be? When looking for graphics cards what should I look out for?
