ok I tried what you said but I just unplugged the gpu and the pc didn't turn off even after I plugged in all the usbs so does that 100 percent mean that it is the gpu? Should I try booting with a differnt gpu? And try booting to broken gpu in a different pc? BTW it still doesn't boot to windows tho

its not 100% the gpu. you shoudl test it in another system and try a differnet gpu in your current machine

OK is it an issue that it won't boot to windows or odes that mean it is detecting the lack of a gpu and asking me to setup
