so for the last year and a half about 3 times a month my internet would randomly die and last about a day. my ping to google would shoot to 3000ms if i could connect at all.

i have already replace my modem 3 times 2 that i own and one time Warner modem.

i have contacted time warner and had an army of their people at my house just to tell me "we cant do anything" "we dont know whats wrong"

it seems that as soon as my trafic leaves timewarner nodes it turns to poop.

the teir 3 tech i have been talking with said "its not on our lines so its not our problem".

i dont really know what to do at this point. the other isp in my area verizon apperently no longer serves this area so switching isnt even an option.

one is from today. some are tested with a vpn.

any ideas on how to address this issue would be amazing.

Im not sure if this would help. However over at http://www.dslreports.com there is the Time Warner direct forum. I know from my experience with Comcast, that their forum is staffed by Corporate employees, not the local idiots. You might have luck posting your issues there and seeing if they can light a fire under some ones ass. You may also try to report them to the BBB for not supplying you with working service. Im not sure if the FCC can do any thing, in a way they are scamming you if you can even connect to the internet. Did Verizon pull out of the area or sell the area off? I know Frontier has been buying a lot of Verizon's wired infrastructure. You might have to check with them.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Just had a thought. Have you flushed your DNS cache. Maybe something got messed up. Or as @Trikein check your modems log. Could be a signal issue or some other issues on your line. Have you tried to connect you computer with out a router in the mix? Just a thought.
