Hi, i have a question about streaming and recording a game videos.
I have MSI laptop GE70 2QE Apache pro   link: GE70 2QE APACHE PRO

Specs:

GPU: GeForce GTX 960M
CPU: Inter(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

Memory: 8.00GB RAM

Internet Upload speed: 1MB+-/sec

BUT

When i am recording a video for example in CS:GO my fps are getting lower sometimes and also quality of video is very bad it is pixelated. I tried recoridng 720p and also 1080p 30/60fps and also while streaming quality is pixelated.

What can be problem in this hardware? Is there lack of power somewhere?

Thank for any help.

Don't use a laptop to stream or record very unstable.  The reason I say its unstable is one minute you have everything setup next restart everything changes on the laptop. I would highly recommend saving up money to buy a desktop if you really what to do streaming/recording.

Agreed with @Danielh90. But also, it is normal for that to happen during recording / streaming. What recording / streaming software are you using?
