First (Crazy) Build

Hello Guys

I have never built a pc before but I have done a lot of research, am very nifty/can work well with my hands and an electronics student.

I wanted to ask you for your opinion on this build. I will be mainly using it for CS: GO and Casting. Especially on the watercooling and Case etc. Is this doable for a newbie and would you then advise me a watercooling block for my GPU later on or is that to difficult/challenging for a first time builder?

The part list is in German but I suppose thats not a problem as the parts have the same Name in English.

Thx guys and enjoy the rest of your game, ah sorry day ;)

You was too quick I edited my post lol!

Ok first thing, why are you buying an air cooler and an All in One ? Wasting a little money there. Everything else looks good, however if you are thinking about watercooling that GPU you should get a 980ti which is supported here https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/step1_complist

they don't make a block for that model of 980ti

hahaha i am a fast guy... thats what she said... xD so it should be possible as a newbie to watercool a cpu with this kit and from a knowledgestandpoint. remember i have never built a pc before.... but thx man your build sounds also pretty sick. So i have a big enough pump rad and resevoir with this kit?

ye that's a starter kit its everything you need. I had a look on that site, and for your future intentions regards the GPU I would get this:

https://www.digitec.ch/en/s1/product/evga-gtx-980-ti-superclocked-acx-20-gm200-6gb-graphics-cards-4697658?tagIds=76

which is fully supported here:

https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/step1_complist

When you do eventually add the GPU you will need another rad, the general rule is 120mm of radiator for each component in the loops + 120mm. Personally I think + 240mm. So in this case either a 480mm radiator or 2x 240mm.

To be honest you could just add the GPU block now + rad, fans and fittings, it really isn't too difficult to do

-Looks solide, how ever i'd recommend an Arctic Storm 980Ti if you can afford it/if it's available/if you're that serious about watter cooling the whole thing later since it's got a water block + air cooled so it should just come down to the CPU Block

-I personally would prefer Noctua nf-f12 fans over everything else because they are just super quiet, super powerful

-CPU block wise i'd recommend something from Koolance that's suitable for the

-you can do it if you are patient and careful

yes the pump will be fine, just make sure the res is above the pump so it cant run dry
