questions about USB bootable

if you download a new game by paying for it and burning it to a dvd, you can now install that game on any system, but you can only activate it once for one PC, you can ofcourse install it in your friends PC, but he could never play it without another code for that installation, so you'd have to buy a new copy to get the code

this is the same, you can make a bootable windows USB and install it on your PC and activate it, but you can also install it on another PC, but you can't use the same code for activation you need a new code. 

 

hence i i answered your question, "will i be able to use it mutiple times" - yes on your PC you can install it and use the code as many times, but if you install it on an another PC, you need a new code to activate it.

1 - yes you can, but you'll need different codes for activation each new install for a new PC
2 - i don't think this matters, i'd suggest OEM.
3 - Windows store to be safer, G2a for it to be cheap
