Automated backup

Okay this may be a very dumb question, however I am looking for a program or something that will automatically back up/ synchronize my entire USB to my hard drive? without any input

Any help would be appreciated

Is this an external drive that's constantly connected? Or a thumb drive that's plugged in only from time to time?

Yep its called windows task scheduler with a batch file using xcopy as a function. Google Xcopy
