Slow partition on hdd

Hello!

 

My problem is that on my  WD10EURX (WD Green) drive my big partition i use for downloading and installing is realy slow. My D drive is where i keep my school stuff and the E is for download and install use, btw my windows is on a seperate partition if it matters.
