My main tips would be make sure you have some strong credibility in pc repairs, no one is going to trust you with their pc unless you can prove that you are reliable.

 

Also definitely get some sort of insurance, nothing worse than having to shell out your own cash if something goes wrong, especially if anyone has a higher end build, but also pertaining to an above post, try to partner with a parts supplier, that way you can order replacement parts/new parts for a better cost than if you were to purchase them as a consumer.
