Any help?

So today, no other days, my computer has started doing this (image attached) yet my memory still has 1.6GB left,

what is going on?

there may be too many background processes happening for you computer to run properly. Just go into the other tab and cancel all the running programs that you don't absolutely need while gaming. And absolutely close all of your extra web browser tabs.

Try checking your task manager in administrative mode so that you can see everything.

It was just after I booted

Some tasks start on boot and its usually the problem of a slow boot. So just go to the tab that says startup and disable the ones you don't need then reboot.
