What are your predictions for the new DOOM coming out this year?

Doom 3 was one of my favorite shooters, and unfortunately along with Dead Space have given me a love interest in "Shoot-em up Horror" where it's run and gun; kind of...

Besides my personal interests, one of the many things Doom is named for in every review you'll ever see is that it was a pioneer in the FPS genre, if not the genre starter. That's a pretty big deal,

Will DOOM follow through?

This new DOOM looks like they're going back to their roots, which I enjoyed a lot more than DOOM 3.

So I have semi-high expectations for it. I'm hoping it'd be a pretty decent sized campaign and multiplayer that is fleshed out. Also hoping modding tools that can add more levels to the singleplayer/multiplayer.

It'll probably be a for sure purchase at $30-$40, but I'll have to see more before having the intention to put down $60.

Looks a bit too easy and "clean" in the Videos. But if its a well done PC Version, i will buy it. Wolfenstein came first btw.
