8350.

I was originally going to get the 8350 without thinking otherwise, but I saw how cheap some of these i7's were. I don't really care if they have a dead socket, because if I get an i7, I'm not going to upgrade further. So these are the choices I have currently. 

 

i7 940 for £65 
 

i7 950 for £85

 

i7 960 for £135

 

or I can get the 8350 like I was going to for around £130.

 

Which of these would give me the best performance?

Edit: I know they're first gen i7's but if they give me better performance than the 8350, then I don't care.

8350.

FX 8350. It's the only modern option there, and it will perform best too.
