GPU why not working

Hi guys ive recently bought a r7 250,but its giving me poor video performance on games even in low settings and after sometimes my monitor gets off,can u guys pls tell me whats wrong,is the gpu or psu?using gigabyte h85d3m rev 2.1 mobo and core i3 4th gen,6 gb of ram ,and a stock psu which came from the casing ??

The r7 250 is not a powerful gaming video card and its meant for you to corssfire it with your amd apu to get the most out of it. But that being said, it can still handle AAA titles pretty well with some tweaking of the settings. As for the monitor, you could try using a spare monitor you have and see if its the monitor's problem or something else. You can also test the integrated graphics with the monitor to see if its really your gpu that's at fault.

What Games do you play and when exactly the Videosignal get lost?

I think its my power supply which is causing this issue,i had used another monitor still nt working i mean gpu giving poor performamce like in fifa 16 im getting 6/7 fps in low in the r7 gpu where in the onboard graphics im getting 60 fps!!!!

And after playing few minutes of games my monitor goes black but the pc runs!

note that i have installed the latest driver on my windows 10 64 bit !!
