Cutting the tabs

Hi I am a CM HAF 932 with the tool free 5.25 bays.
I am trying to install a hot swap bay but the tabs on the side are blocking it.
What is the best way to cut them?

PS: I tried to cut them with a cutter.

A dremel would be ideal if you have access to one

Been wanting to get one but never seems to need it.

As others have said a dremel or rotary tool is your best bet, as for which one I would recommend the corded ones you you never run out of power mid-cut.
