so as you can see here, i have a mobo picked out that doesnt support up to 1866mhz ram, but the ram i chose was 1866mhz and thats what i wanted to keep as a ram set (2 x 4gb). can someone help me pick out a mobo thats mini or mid atx that is good for my system, and has almost exactly the same price?

the mobo will downclock your ram to 1600

For that chipset you won't find a mobo that will support your 1866MHz RAM for a decent price. Since you're not using an APU, just don't worry about the RAM speed.

My ~$200 USD build:

AMD A8-7600    G. Skill Ripjaws Z @1800 CAS 8     EVGA 500w 80+ PSU    Gigabyte GAF2A68HM-DS2H Motherboard

so there won't be any difference between the speed of an 1866mhz and a 1600mhz for my build?

For gaming, it won't really change anything. For other activities, it might change your speed a little bit, but probably not even noticable.

I would just get whatever RAM is the cheapest. 1333MHz ram is kind of redundant nowadays. You can probably get 1600MHz RAM for around the same price if not cheaper.
