and i have used the Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel H170 Mini-ITX GA-H170N-WIFI motherboard and gotten the same problem butt i returned that board because amazon send me the wrong board any ways
Using Windows 10 probably isn't a bad idea, if I remember correctly there were some changes made with Skylake that cause issues with Windows 7 on some motherboards.
