Blue Screen! NEED HELP!

my pc keeps bluescreening it says drivers and is there any new components but there isnt so i have no clue whats wrong! please help! 

AMD FX(tm)-9370 Eight-Core Processor

 AMD Radeon R9 280x   

8.0 GB  

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition

Are you running on the stock cooler for the FX 9370?

What is the blue screen error message?

How often does it happen, and when does it happen?

Check device manager for any undetected devices.

Check the event view for logs.

im not sure and not quite often recently but yeah and ok will do and where do i find the logs?
