Z170 ac pro won't boot

I accidentally used live update 6 to update my motherboard, and now it won't boot. Tried a cmos reset and putting a usb stick with the bios files into the usb 2.0 spot, didn't work. Used a Kingston data traveler 1gb, and might try a pny 8gb if it is suggested.

You updated the BIOS with MSI live update 6?

Did you read this manual: https://www.msi.com/files/pdf/How_to_flash_the_BIOS.pdf

Did you try this: https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/techfaqdetail.aspx?formid=3046 (especially step 3 is important)
