OK, I reworked my build and came up with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YQ7yJx.  I'm pretty happy with everything, but if you can give a good reason why i should change something, let me hear it.  I will be ordering later this week, so i have a few days to hear suggestions.  Its for gaming and my budget is $1500 usd(i do have a bit of wiggle in the budget but would like to keep it as close to 1500 as possible).

Looks solid to me.  I would personally add at least a 1gb hdd for misc. storage.  If you don't need it that's up to you, I guess I don't really 'need' the one I have, but it's nice to have things like steam games I'm not currently playing, or music/photos/movies stored on

If I were you I'd get a different CPU cooler such as h100i GTX I'd also get a different case such as phanteks enthoo pro m because it includes 1 fan and all the vents are completely filtered and I'd save the fans as upgrade down the road

Yes it costs more but that's because I added long term storage and stuff. Also, you don't need 750W unless you're planning to SLI.

I already have a 1tb WD Black HDD im pulling from my current rig and a 3tb external HDD so i have plenty of storage.  I went with the 750w psu just in case I do go with an SLI config later.  The master case pro 5 comes with 3 fans, im only getting more because i want the red led for the front of the case and I have already had some of the Cougar fans and i like them.  I spent lots of time looking at cases and i really like this one.
