Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($91.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Apevia X-SNIPER2-BL ATX Mid Tower Case  ($59.98 @ Newegg)

I would sell the cpu + mobo as a set for 150$

Are you trying to unload them separately?  I would ask like 130-150 for the package, hope someone bites

I"ll probably throw the cpu and mobo together, but the case will be separate.

Depending on the condition of the case.. assuming still in pretty decent shape maybe 25 or so, 110-120 for the cpu/mobo combo..
