Very likely it is this. This colour is set with a meta tag and if we haven't overridden it then IPS will use their default one.

I don't really know if this is a bug but the mobile version shows the address bar blue for some reason and it doesn't match any thing on the forum?

On google.com its white and on my local news site its red (the news site is red too)

 

So it takes the color from the site you are visiting.

Very likely it is this. This colour is set with a meta tag and if we haven't overridden it then IPS will use their default one.
