Looking at buying a good laptop

Hello. I am looking for a good laptop. The laptops I am thinking about are Alien Ware, EVGA's, and anything in the 17" market. I like the 17" because it is helpful for when I am doing homework and gaming on the go. Any suggestions?

i would scratch alienware off the list. check the msi ge72 and msi ghost and stealth series.
