How do I tell the diffrence between Dell 2950 Server models (i,ii,iii)

So I have a Dell PowerEdge 2950 but I can't tell if its gen 1 (i) gen 2 (ii) or gen 3 (iii). How can tell? Any info would be greatly apprciated as i'm trying to fix one up to working condition (buying ram and cpus)

Login to the DRAC, it's listed there (or if it's not listed then its a type 1). I've got about a dozen 2950s laying around that I'm trying to get rid of, let me know if you have any questions or need advice on parts. :D
