Select Xmp profiles located in the bios, unless you're talking about beyond the potential they are rated for (in your case 3200Mhz) in which case idk

I'm not sure.  I've never overclocked ram before but I know that it doesn't yield a lot of performance increase.

RAM can be a pain when OCed. It gets a lot less stable when OCed.

I mean makeing it run at what i got it for not just 2133

Enable xmp.
