Restarting CMOS isn't working! :(

I assume you mean reset the CMOS, if you do the battery thing you need to turn of the PSU power and should remove the battery for a minute to be sure it's unpowered.
Oh and the jumpers can be unreliable at times which is why I use the battery just an fyi, also if these things don't work you have other issues
