Print Screen problem

Go to solution Solved by DennisBerry,

Maybe because the directory you want to save the file in, is read only? Right click on the map where you want to save it and uncheck the read only box. You upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10? If so i had the same problem. It has something to do with adminitrator rights.
