Besides the bandwidth issue, will pci-e extender bring latency to the graphic performance of the system as well?? thx~~

 

It brings in latency but generally it isn't noticeable. I would avoid them for competitive fast paced fps games but unless you are shooting for world rankings it won't effect you, latency from networks and internet (especially if you live somewhere like Australia where 200ms lat is classed as good) you won't notice it at all.

It might bring some but I don't think it would be much imo.
