My current phone is the Galaxy S3, which is old but works. I am trying to root it to get rid of bloatware, etc. but on the phone it says

 

"An application attempted to access system on your device without Authorization. This attempt has been blocked. Updating your security policy may solve this problem. Deleting applications obtained from unauthorized sources may improve security."

 

Can anyone help me get around this or is it not possible?

 

By the way, I'm using Kingo Root.

My Rig:

CPU: Intel i7 5820K @4.3 GHz; Mobo: MSI X99A SLI Plus; Cooler: Cryorig H5 Ultimate; RAM: 16GB HyperX Fury Black; GPU: MSI R9 380 4GB; Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Black w/ Window; SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 256GB and 500GB; HDD: WD Blue 1TB; PSU: EVGA 750W P2

Do you mean "Unknown Sources"?

Don't use Kingo then. Have you checked the XDA forums?

You don't use an application to root. There is no just 'poof you're rooted' method.
