Hello,

 

I need a silent PSU , maybe event that its vent is off when idle, and i need the advice is that good.

My rig :

 

-CPU - Intel Core i5 6600K OC 4.5 Ghz-
-CPU Cooler - beQuiet! Dark Rock 3 -
-Videocard - PowerColor R9 390X Devil Hybrid -
-RAM - Avexir Core DDR4 16GB 2133Mhz -
-Motherboard - MSI Z170A Gaming Pro -
-Monitor - BenQ XL2411Z 144hz -
-Storage - WD 1TB, 120 SSD -
-OS - Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit -
-Tower - beQuiet! Silent Base 800 Windows Orange -

 

Now i have Corsair TX650 6 years old, need something 700-750W max and i dont need expesive 80+ gold., or do I?

I spend the last month reading everyday about quiet PSUs. I know now everything about quiet, passive and semi-passiv PSUs. Here is my list of PSUs with passive fan mode on idle:

They say the EVGA G2 and GS are the best, but for me the Corsair RMx is superior becouse of the longer passive fan mode up to 40% load.

 

I am pretty sure the best choice for you would be the G2, GS or RMx, RMi series. Choose the one that looks best for you :)

One more question, i posted my config up there, i decided to get Corsair RM, im between the 650 and 750, ppl say that 650 is enough, is 650 okay?

RM is bad. According to various people, some corsair PSUs suffer from coilwhine... Also, 550W is enough to power your rig.
