Hey guys!! 

I need the most reliable Wi-fi Router i can get under 100 USD. (on amazon US)

It doesn't have to be AC.

You can get yourself a Ubiquiti Unifi AP (even got AC) for $99.95. I've had a number of these AP's at work for over a year now; maybe a couple minor hiccups in that time.

You'll need to install the management software to set it up, but once you've configured you're golden.

Does it need to be a "router" or will a AP work?

 

Can you define "reliable"? Do you mean most hands off? Least dead spots? Most stable connection?
